redditp turned any reddit page into a fullscreen slideshow. In 2026 Reddit put its public JSON behind a login, revoked the project's API access, and in August 2026 its author retired it. G2F is a fork of that same code, maintained separately, that reads posts from a public archive of Reddit instead. It works without a Reddit account and without installing anything.

Your old URLs still work

Swap the hostname and keep the path. Everything after the domain means the same thing.

Keyboard shortcuts are the ones you know: arrows and space to move, a for auto-advance, m for sound, f for fullscreen, g to skip a gallery.

What is different

Newest first, always. The archive has no score ordering, so /r/sub/top and /r/sub/hot show the newest posts. Adding ?sort=top sorts what has been loaded so far, not all time.
No search and no domain pages. /search and /domain/… needed Reddit's own search, which is no longer reachable.
Removed posts are dropped. Roughly four in ten archived posts were later taken down by moderators; they are skipped rather than shown blank. Media that its host has since deleted (a video on v.redd.it, a gif on redgifs) is skipped the moment the host says so.
Posts appear within minutes, not instantly, and the archive is a third party's free service. How it works and what it cannot do is written up in the repository.
